La \u00faltima moda en juegos mortales en una Norteam\u00e9rica de un futuro no muy lejano\u2026 Cada noche, todos los ciudadanos, tanto en los inmensos barrios pobres supercontaminados como en los enclaves de los ricos, cerrados como fortalezas, sintonizan el programa concurso favorito de televisi\u00f3n: El fugitivo. Cada noche, el p\u00fablico contempla si el concursante ha logrado esquivar la muerte en su intento de sobrevivir treinta d\u00edas y ganar el premio de mil millones de d\u00f3lares.

El r\u00e9cord de supervivencia est\u00e1 en ocho d\u00edas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Siempre es dificil opinar de los grandes. He de decir que es el primer libro de Stephen King que he le\u00eddo y me ha encantado. Ya os pregunt\u00e9 por twitter, sin embargo, y la opini\u00f3n general era que no es el mejor de sus libros as\u00ed que… \u00a1tendr\u00e9 que ponerme las pilas con otros!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero volvamos a El Fugitivo<\/em>…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La historia de El fugitivo <\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

La historia de El fugitivo de Stephen King retrata una sociedad del futuro<\/strong> -que resulta terror\u00edfico lo viable que podr\u00eda ser en realidad-. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La brecha entre ricos y pobres en enorme<\/strong>. Los pobres mueren, trabajan como esclavos y respiran aire contaminado… Los ricos tienen sus mascarillas -que, por baratas que sean, no van a ofrecer a los pobres-, sus fortalezas y su programa favorito; el fugitivo<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El fugitivo es un programa tipo \u00abReality show\u00bb<\/strong> en el que el concursante tiene que correr y huir de los cazadores, cuyo objetivo es matarlo. Una especie de caza del conejo. <\/strong>Todo se anima, si se le suma un premio a los ciudadanos por denunciarlo en caso de que lo vean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los personajes de El fugitivo <\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Y Richard Bachman es nuestro fugitivo<\/strong>. Enseguida lo vamos conociendo. Se trata de un hombre del mundo de los pobres, por supuesto, pero de gran inteligencia y valent\u00eda. Su sarcasmo me sac\u00f3 m\u00e1s de una sonrisa. <\/strong>Se apunta al concurso porque su hija se muere y su mujer tiene que prostituirse para conseguir algo que echarse a la boca. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El premio, si consigue sobrevivir, es jugoso pero nadie ha superado los ocho d\u00edas.\u00a0
<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab-\u00bfQu\u00e9 har\u00e1n ustedes si le ven por la calle?\u00a0 -\u00a1ENTREGARLE!\u00a0 – \u00bfY qu\u00e9 haremos nosotros cuando lo encontremos?\u00a0 -\u00a1MATARLE!\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La trama de El fugitivo <\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\nLa historia de El fugitivo de Stephen King no est\u00e1 dividido, pero se pueden diferenciar claramente dos partes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La primera parte es un poco m\u00e1s lenta pero necesaria para el desarrollo de la historia. Nos permite conocer a Richard, sus ambiciones, miedos y el por qu\u00e9 luego actuar\u00e1 como lo har\u00e1<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, por supuesto, de los detalles del concurso y la nueva sociedad en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La segunda parte, cuando comienza el juego. C\u00f3mo Richard huye, se esconde y sigue huyendo, intentando pasar desapercibido, disfrazarse, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En resumen, todas sus estrategias para seguir con vida.\u00a0<\/strong>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No es que sea una novela de terror, como tal, pero esta segunda parte es una tensi\u00f3n continua que aumenta progresivamente <\/strong>conforme nos acercamos al final hasta que \u00a1plof! Un final totalmente sorprendente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En conclusi\u00f3n<\/strong>, es un libro que he disfrutado mucho y que recomiendo sin duda. \u00a1No os dejar\u00e1 indiferentes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
